Orcawise is hiring a full-time Delivery Manager - AI Marketing Services.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Services team is implementing Marketing Artificial Intelligence Products for scale-ups and enterprises.

• Marketing Signals Platform - API's
• AI NLP/ML Consulting, Modeling and Implementation
• AI-Driven Marcoms & Demand Generation Campaigns

You will lead teams of world-class engineers, data scientists and marketers driving the machine learning capabilities. You will be responsible for the deliverables and performances of the AI teams across each domain. You will have the opportunity to build and coach a team of AI leaders expert in people management, project management, machine learning and AI-driven marketing communications and demand generation.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience with agile development either as product manager, product owner, or scrum master and knowledge of Agile Development and Lean methodology and tools.
• 3+ years of experience in either software engineering, data science, machine learning in a marketing and/or customer experience environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on data science, machine learning, or other research projects.
• 2+ years experience liaising with research institutions, creating demonstrators, prototyping and bringing new ideas and concepts to commercial reality.
• Experience of Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, Transformers, Microservices, MongoDB, Python, Spark, Docker, Kubernates, Tensorflow and other frameworks.
• Experience of AI services delivery gained in a top-tier technology services company or management consulting firm focused on EMEA or US markets.
